  • Q. I have a new e-mail address.
    A. First log in with your account. Then go to 'your profile'. Click here on the asterisk behind your email address. Now you can change your email address.
  • Q. How do I register as a new customer?
    A. You can log in at the top of the page. Here you leave your address details. You will receive a login name and password from us so that you can shop directly at the next purchase.
  • Q. Do you also have stores?
    A. KIDENTIAL is for sale in many stores, mainly in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Via our homepage you can click through on the storelocator. Here you can see very quickly where the nearest store is for you.
  • Q. I have moved, how do I pass on my new address?
    A. First log in with your account. Then go to 'your profile'. Click here on the star behind your address. Now you can change your address or parts of it.

Place An order

  • Q. How does KIDENTIAL's clothing fit?
    A. We have made a careful size chart for each item. So you can see in advance how KIDENTIAL fits. See also our size chart. Our sizing goes by age and usually is accurate to children's age.
  • Q. How do I place an order?
    A. Ordering is easy! From your lazy chair you can access the article pages via the various navigation and filter options. Here you choose the right size and then you can place the item directly in your shopping bag. Are you ready to complete the order, then click on 'continue to checkout'. You are now at the cash register. Here you get an overview of the articles you have selected. For example, if you have selected a wrong size, you can still adjust it here. The order and payment process starts with the 'I want to checkout' button.
  • Q. I have not received the invoice yet, when can I expect it?
    A. Usually packages within Holland and Belgium are received within two working days. you can email tules@kidential.com for other countries or if your package has taken longer.

Pay The Order

  • Q. Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
    A. Yes, your data is encrypted by SSL technology and transferred securely.
  • Q. How can I pay?
    A. At KIDENTIAL you can pay safely with iDEAL or credit card. Your order must be paid immediately. Self-overwriting is not possible. iDEAL is online payment in the environment through your own bank. The following banks are affiliated with iDEAL: ABN / AMRO, Fortis, ING / Postbank, Rabobank, SNS bank and ASN.
