- Q. How does KIDENTIAL's clothing fit?
A. We have made a careful size chart for each item. So you can see in advance how KIDENTIAL fits. See also our size chart. Our sizing goes by age and usually is accurate to children's age. if you are not sure you can send a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org response is usually in less than an hour!
- Q. How do I place an order?
A. Ordering is easy! From your lazy chair you can access the article pages via the various navigation and filter options. Here you choose the right size and then you can place the item directly in your shopping bag. Are you ready to complete the order, then click on 'continue to checkout'. You are now at the cash register. Here you get an overview of the articles you have selected. For example, if you have selected a wrong size, you can still adjust it here. The order and payment process starts with the 'I want to checkout' button.
- Q. I have not received the invoice yet, when can I expect it?
A. Usually packages within Holland and Belgium are received within two working days. you can email email@example.com for other countries or if your package has taken longer.

A. A standard contribution to the shipping costs is $6.00
All orders from $100 and up - we ship free in Europe and USA.
- Q. Can I track the status of my order?
